Prepare final production files. Design and layout packaging materials. Conduct final reviews and resizing of designs. Proofread marketing content and design materials. Organize, archive, and manage digital assets. Review and approve design files, troubleshoot production issues, and provide guidance to internal teams. Collaborate on and manage the creation of design mock-ups. Manage relationships with creative agencies and freelance designers. Foster and maintain strong partnerships vendors Experience 7+ years of professional graphic design experience with a diverse and robust portfolio. At least 1 year of experience leading or managing a design team. Proficient in creating assets across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. Strong background in consumer packaging, point-of-purchase (POP), and retail design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Planogram software, photo editing, and video editing tools. Experience working within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable. Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, both domestically and internationally.
