Summary:

Trimark Properties is seeking a talented, experienced Graphic Designer to join our award-winning marketing department. The chosen candidate will have previous experience designing print brochures, web banners, email campaigns, digital ads, social media posts, and more.

Essential Functions:

Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to design innovative marketing collateral for Trimark’s multifamily and commercial divisions. Create business proposals, email campaigns, print and digital & web ads, brochures, floorplans, social media graphics, signage, and more. Help communicate brand identities and ensure all marketing and content align. Take real estate, lifestyle, and business headshot photography as needed; perform color correction and prepare photos for use in a variety of settings. Mock webpages (which will later be brought to life by talented Web Developers). Design brochures, floorplans, web banners, email campaigns, print and digital ads, and more. Create corporate collateral. Work closely with the marketing team to build support material for fulfillment of the marketing strategy. Work in the corporate headquarters located in Gainesville, Florida, during business hours. This is not a remote position. Work on multiple projects at once; consistently meet deadlines. Social media and advertising management, as needed. Maintain an organized project list and complete projects quickly. Order marketing collateral as needed. Follow up to ensure that projects are completed by vendors and others in a timely manner. Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be a talented, creative graphic designer with a strong understanding of typography, color, layout, aesthetics, and hierarchy. Must be a Master of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English. Previous experience producing high quality graphic design projects for print and digital media. Possess strong critical thinking and time management skills. Photography and color correction ability required. Understand best practices for designing for both print and web mediums. Videography or content creation experience is a plus but not required (not a large part of the role). Degree in graphic design, digital media, or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, not required. Ability to reasonably commute to Gainesville, Florida or willingness to relocate prior to beginning work. Must be authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship. Must be available to work in-house (not remotely) in Gainesville.
