This position will work alongside the Division’s full time Graphic Designer to create captivating designs that showcase and support the Gator student experience. Job Description Collaborate, ideate, pitch, and execute on designs for print publications, web graphics, promotional materials, building signage, social media assets, and more. Maintain consistency with University of Florida and Division brand standards throughout all deliverables. Utilize the Division’s design technology stack including iMac workstations, Wacom drawing tablets, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Canva to produce and refine artwork. Prepare and package artwork files for professional printing, ensuring correct color profiles, bleed and file formats. Maintain the organization of the Division’s design database to ensure easy access and version control. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and co-workers in an agency style work environment with both student and professional staff. Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Must be a currently enrolled University of Florida student. Available to work 10-20 hours per week between the hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Portfolio submission is required.
