Some of your duties may include:

• Create original artwork from scratch or clean up existing artwork.
• Review submitted artwork to determine if any additional work is required.
• Prepare separations for the screen-printing process.
• Print films
• Collaborate with production to ensure that jobs are completed accurately and to the highest quality.
• Manipulate customizable design templates from our catalog of in-house designs.
• Develop concept-driven artwork.
• Occasionally communicate with customers to discuss concepts or revisions.
• Create and prepare files for various printing methods, including wide format printing, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, and sublimation printing.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Proven graphic design experience.
• Strong artistic ability.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Capacity to maintain an organized work environment.
• Effective filing skills for organized documentation.

Additional Beneficial Skills:

• Illustration skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of the screen-printing industry is a bonus.
• Experience working with wide format is favorable.
