Responsibilities:
Design high-impact marketing materials (social media posts, ads, packaging, brochures). Create and maintain visually appealing websites using platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow. Develop email templates, landing pages, and product pages optimized for e-commerce conversion. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Stay updated on hemp industry trends, ensuring designs comply with regulations and brand guidelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in graphic design and web design (preferably in the hemp, CBD, cannabis, or wellness industry). Strong portfolio showcasing branding, e-commerce, and marketing projects.
