As our experienced Graphic Designer, you’ll be the creative powerhouse behind the visual identity of our brand. From trade show displays that stop people in their tracks, to social media posts that demand double-taps, to sleek sales collateral and polished executive presentations—you’ll ensure our visual storytelling is always sharp, cohesive, and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and execute compelling visuals across digital and print media including social media, email campaigns, brochures, trade show assets, internal communications, signage, and more. Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual standards across all deliverables. Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, and executive leadership to create designs that support strategic goals and elevate messaging. Own the creative process from brainstorming to production, providing design direction, revisions, and final execution under tight timelines. Design and refine templates for recurring materials such as presentations, reports, and digital ads. Support event marketing through custom signage, promotional items, and branded environments. Coordinate with print vendors and oversee production quality for physical materials. Maintain and manage digital asset libraries, including logos, image files, design templates, and brand guidelines. Stay current with design trends, tools, and technology, and bring fresh thinking to every project.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field OR equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across formats. (Portfolio is required to be considered) Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with tools like Canva, or PowerPoint a plus. Experience designing for CMS platforms (e.g., Magnolia) or basic knowledge of
HTML/CSS
for web optimization. Exceptional attention to detail, layout, and typography. Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Strong understanding of print production processes and digital design best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you take feedback with grace and give it with clarity.
