Graphic Designer Reports To:
Director of Marketing As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for supporting Transcom’s marketing efforts by developing engaging digital, print, and display media to ensure brand consistency and enhance recognition in the marketplace. This role requires a combination of creative skills, effective communication and collaboration, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and maintain ongoing marketing initiatives to grow the business with new and existing clients.
- Create visually engaging marketing content, such as flyers, presentations, and displays, that aligns with the company brand and supports sales efforts.
- Coordinate with marketing team to create content for marketing campaigns and social media posts and create related static images and reels.
- Develop and maintain a master library of stock and staff photos.
- Consistently maintain website with general updates, services, blog entries, and event photo galleries.
- Collaborate with the team on marketing events including creative ideas, vendor management, print production, logistics, and onsite coordination. Assist in the development of event timelines, budgets, visuals, and promotional materials to ensure seamless execution and memorable events and displays.
- Support internal culture initiatives, such as employee engagement celebrations, newsletters, seminars, and gatherings, with creative branded artwork.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or proven experience as a graphic designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) required.
- Familiarity with Canva, website management platforms, and video editing software is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and formats is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on grammar and clarity.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills with an ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Proven experience of delivering against goals.
- Self-motivated and ability to succeed in a start-up or scale-up environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and operate a computer for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity to operate a keyboard and manipulate small objects.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move marketing materials and event supplies, up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
