Design promotional material, event planning items, informational material and more for recognized student organizations and affiliated offices and agencies. Correspond with students and clients via email, phone, and in-person to resolve questions and conflicts relating to the function of the Student Publications office. Maintain spreadsheets and records relating to the function of the office and services provided. Work together with the Media Specialist to ensure the safety and upkeep of equipment and technology in the Student Publications space. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite software (Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) Writing and communication skills/professional email and letter writing skills. Outside-the-box thinking and creativity. Resourceful and thoughtful problem solving. Reading comprehension and attention to detail.
