Job Description We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer to join our team. As a Brand Designer at Revell Media, you will play a key role in developing and executing visual assets that bring our clients’ brands to life across digital and print platforms. This position requires a strong background in graphic design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand strategies into compelling visual experiences. The role is primarily hybrid, allowing for flexibility between remote and on-site work. However, candidates should be available for client activations, team brainstorms, and on-site events as needed on a weekly basis. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and design engaging brand visuals, including logos, brand guidelines, social media content, presentations, and marketing materials. Develop and maintain consistent brand identities across all platforms and touchpoints. Design high-quality graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva. Work on multimedia projects that may include video editing to enhance brand storytelling (bonus skill). Translate complex ideas into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs. Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our creative work fresh and relevant. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of professional experience in brand design or graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is required. Experience with Canva for quick-turn design tasks.

Bonus:

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
