What you’ll do As a Creative Automation Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of helping clients unlock the full potential of Cape’s design tools. You’ll create dynamic templates that scale creative production, train clients to use these tools effectively, and provide expert support to solve any challenges. Your work will ensure brands can produce on-brand, data-driven ads quickly and efficiently across multiple channels. Some of your responsibilities will include: Designing and developing dynamic ad templates using Cape’s Template Designer, our in-platform tool for graphic and motion design. Collaborating with clients to translate creative assets into scalable templates optimized for automation, dynamic scaling, and multi-channel use. Experimenting with data-driven design to build flexible, high-performance templates tailored to client needs. Training clients one-on-one and in groups to ensure confident use of Cape’s design tools and best practices for scaling creative production. Providing expert advice and support to help clients overcome technical challenges and streamline their creative workflows. Working closely with developers, strategists, and marketing teams to enhance creative workflows and create seamless creative-to-campaign processes. Sharing insights and feedback with product and tech teams to continuously improve our automation tools and help shape the future of creative automation.
Skills and Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills for both internal teams and client-facing interactions. 1-2 years of experience in design, creative production, advertising, marketing, or a related field. Enthusiastic beginners eager to learn are welcome to apply. Experience with design tools such as Figma (and similar tools like InDesign). Understanding of automation tools and data-driven design is a strong plus. A proactive and precise working style, combined with a positive mindset and eagerness to bring new ideas and improve ad workflows. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot creatively and efficiently. Ability to guide clients through technical and creative processes with clear communication. Competence in estimating timelines, managing projects, and delivering high-quality work across multiple initiatives.
