Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand image and engaging our target audience through visually captivating designs across various mediums.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives. Conceptualize and create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital media. Develop and uphold brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual elements. Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts. Craft visually appealing website designs and user interfaces to optimize user experience. Edit and enhance product photos to elevate their visual appeal and showcase our offerings effectively. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor designs through ongoing market research. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain design coherence across all channels. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while upholding quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a preference for experience in book layout. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and design projects. Thorough understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Familiarity with web design principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines consistently.

Skills:

Proficient in graphic design techniques and best practices. Ability to convey ideas through sketches or mockups effectively.

Salary Range:
