We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer with a businesslike demeanor who can bring creative, technical, and organizational skills to support our structured and experienced creative team. This role focuses on the execution of graphic design assignments while also assisting the Art Director with studio organization, scheduling, and coordination across departments and vendors. This position is primarily remote, but will require occasional on-site work as scheduled by company leadership. Applicants must be based in the greater Central Florida area and be able to travel to designated meeting locations. Education & Experience Applicants should have 2 or more years of combined education and/or professional experience in graphic design, with a clear interest in a creatively focused career path. Responsibilities

  • Develop graphic layouts and visual assets for presentations, advertisements, POP displays, and marketing materials (print and digital)
  • Work within established brand guidelines and layout principles to deliver clean, effective designs
  • Prepare production-ready files and follow specifications for print and digital formats
  • Proofread and check designs for grammar, consistency, and production accuracy
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to execute high-quality design work
  • Assist the Art Director with scheduling, job tracking, file management, and art check-ins
  • Support coordination with internal departments and external vendors to manage timelines and deliverables
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members in both written and verbal formats
  • Attend internal meetings and calls as needed
  • Maintain design software and systems by performing basic troubleshooting and updates Required Skills
  • Strong time-management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to take and apply feedback effectively
  • Knowledge of offset printing: resolution, bleeds, color profiles (CMYK/PMS), die-cuts, etc.
  • Acute color sensitivity and ability to recognize the full color spectrum
