Job Description:

The Graphic Designer will use artistic skills and imagination tocreate visually appealing and engaging designs for signage,presentations, advertisements, logos, infographics, and more. Yourprimary role will be to ensure that visuals communicate theintended message and capture the audience’s attention. Bycollaborating with marketing teams, agency partners, and other teammembers, Graphic Designers develop solutions that align withproject requirements and support marketing goals. You will helpdevelop branding and promotional campaigns, design specializedcollateral including digital web, CRM and social media assets, andreview marketing materials to ensure understanding of messaging andbrand standards. As the Creative Designer, you will help shape abrand’s identity, helping businesses stand out and connect withtheir target audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Visual Concept Development:

Must masterdesign principles to communicate a message. You will combinedifferent elements like color, text, and images harmoniously.

Design and Production:

Create logos, websites, and visuals, artworkfor advertisements, content for web pages, creates infographics,charts, and symbols, designs and produce brand books, icons, andlogos.

Collaboration and Communication :

Work collaborativelyacross marketing teams and agency partners to develop content andcommunication programs.

Brand Stewardship & Innovation :

Understandthe main components that form a brand and how they interact.

Produce fresh concepts that align with client requirements.

Assignment Management:

Ensure designs meet project specificationsand deadlines.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
