Min $52,478.40 Mid $65,603.20 Position Summary Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Marketing and Communication, the Graphic Designer creates and designs marketing material to inform and educate the community about the services Lakeland Regional Health offers. The Graphic Designer, in collaboration with the AVP of Marketing and Communication, will also create and design materials and provide oversight and performance of all in-house and outsourced graphic design services and oversees all advertising program creative and placement. Standard Work:

Senior Graphic Designer Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral. Such designs include billboards, web pages, digital signage, marketing collateral for service lines and providers (flyers, brochures, booklets, etc.) Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced health care environment. Create deliverables within design specifications and budget restrictions. Coordinates with outside agencies, art services, other designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary. Works with Communication and Public Relations team on projects and events as is necessary.

Competencies & Skills Essential:

Highly proficient with Adobe InDesign & Illustrator. Basic knowledge and understanding of Photoshop. Ensure all communication materials are consistent with LRH brand guidelines. Proficient in Web Design programs and experience working in Online Website Content Management Systems. Good understanding of vector design and editing/creating vector files. Basic knowledge of production printing processes. Production experience a plus.

Exceptional eye for design, composition and typography. Strong understanding of design requirements for both print and screen. Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Displays an open, positive, optimistic approach to work and feedback. Ability to effectively and simultaneously coordinate and work on multiple project assignments in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Graphic design, marketing, mass communications, art or related field. Portfolio with design samples. Bachelor’s degree; major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design or related disciplines.
