Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer specializing in t-shirt design, you will be responsible for creating unique and eye-catching design templates that align with our brand’s vision. Your designs will capture the attention of our target audience, ensuring that our products stand out in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and trendsetting t-shirt designs that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target market. Collaborate closely with the creative team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute design ideas that align with our brand’s vision. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and consumer preferences to ensure our designs remain fresh and relevant. NOT a remote position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with a portfolio showcasing t-shirt designs. Must have screen print separation experience. Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively. A keen eye for detail, coupled with strong organizational and time management abilities. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Passion for fashion, trends, and an appreciation for the intersection of design and technology.
