Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer/Estimator to join our signage company. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design and an analytical mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts for a variety of signage solutions while also developing accurate cost estimates for client proposals. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our signs not only look great but are also delivered on time and within budget.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:
Create visual concepts and layouts for interior and exterior signage Prepare client mock-ups, proofs, and production-ready artwork using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop). Ensure all designs align with client requirements. Collaborate with the sales, production, and installation employees to ensure quality of final products. Maintain organized and up-to-date design files and templates.
Estimator Responsibilities:
Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and installation. Interpret architectural drawings and site plans to generate project quotes. Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing for materials and outsourced services. Track project costs and assist in budget management. Provide timely and detailed proposals to the sales team and clients. Assist in project scheduling and timeline forecasting based on estimates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a graphic designer, estimator, or in a related signage industry role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) is required. Familiarity with sign-making materials, production processes, and installation methods. Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
