Position Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and enhances our marketing efforts across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and design marketing materials, including presentations, videos, pitch decks, brochures, reports, and advertisements, that align with the firm’s brand identity and messaging.
Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, such as social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that support our strategic objectives and marketing initiatives.
Ensure all design projects are completed within established timelines and meet quality standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate innovative techniques to continuously improve the firm’s visual assets.
Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing collateral, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives and effectively translate them into creative design solutions.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative vision with practical considerations and deadlines. Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and contractors as needed to support production and delivery of marketing materials.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to contribute ideas and insights for enhancing the firm’s marketing strategies and materials.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.
Video editing software experience
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various mediums.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas visually.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in hospitality or a related industry is a plus but not required.
