Job Description
Description We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer to bring creative concepts to life through dynamic animations and visually compelling motion graphics. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft engaging content across various platforms, including digital, social media, broadcast, and experiential campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful motion design projects that captivate audiences and elevate brand storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations for integrated campaigns, digital ads, explainer videos, and social media assets.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and strategists to interpret briefs and translate concepts into visually engaging motion content.
- Manage projects from start to finish, including storyboarding, animating, editing, sound design, and final delivery.
- Present motion design concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating creative ideas and execution strategies clearly.
- Enhance brand visual systems by introducing innovative, platform-specific motion design approaches.
- Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced designers and freelancers to ensure consistency and high-quality output.
- Balance multiple fast-paced projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in motion design to incorporate fresh ideas into your work. Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in motion design within a creative or advertising agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with 3D design tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in motion design, including branding, storytelling, and digital-first content.
- Deep understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with various content formats, including short-form, long-form, vertical, and traditional aspect ratios.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, receiving feedback, and collaborating within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to creative problem-solving, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of additional tools like Figma, Frame.
