Overview:

Responsible for the design and creation of marketing assets to support our brand and product marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in developing compelling and visually appealing content that engages our target audience and enhances the overall customer experience. Responsible for the establishment and operation of Regional Content Asset Creation Center.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product marketing managers to understand the brand and product marketing objectives for the Americas region.
Design and create marketing assets across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, print collateral, and retail displays. Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Create engaging and informative content for product descriptions, user guides, tutorials, and other related materials.” Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing assets, maintaining a cohesive visual identity and messaging across different channel.
Retailer scorecard achievement and above average SEO and Click performance. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with high-quality output.
Deliver assets on-time as requested with accuracy. Conduct quality checks and proofreading to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards in all content and marketing materials.
Collaborate with international teams to leverage global content and adapt it to the specific needs of the Americas region.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or a related field.

  • 8 years proven experience as a graphic designer, or similar role, with a focus on marketing asset creation at an agency or in-house design team at a highly well-known brand.

Must speak both English & Chinese (Mandarin)
Proven experience as a graphic designer, or similar role, with a focus on marketing asset creation
Knowledge of traditional and digital printing processes, color separations and vendor ready art and die-line files.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and impactful marketing assets.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all content and marketing materials.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices, including SEO and social media platforms.
Familiarity with consumer electronics or technology industry is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
