Graphic Designer Job Summary:

Talent Software Services is insearch of a Graphic Designer for a contract position in Boston, MA.The opportunity will be a year with a strong chance for a long-termextension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Graphicdesign requires intelligence, knowledge, talent, and skill, alongwith an affinity for images, words, and media. Professionals inthis field create layouts and designs for logos, packaging,advertising, marketing collateral, and other published materialsboth in print and online. They are responsible for selecting andarranging artwork, creating illustrations, choosing colors, andinfluencing the concept for the design. Conducting press checks isalso part of their role. Knowledge of the latest graphic designsoftware is essential. Strong communication skills are important,as they frequently interact with other creative team members, suchas production artists, writers, art directors, and creativedirectors. They should possess intermediate skills in UI design andmid-level knowledge of UI design principles, as well as someexperience in design delivery and UI research. Ensuring quality andconsistency in UI design deliverables, which can include mockups,clickable prototypes, design systems, assets for developmenthandoff, simple animations, and anything else the product teammight need, is crucial. They should be able to interpret brandguidelines into digital UI for their product and have mid-levelknowledge of UI research, including competitive analysis, A/Btesting, accessibility, and anything else the product team mightneed. Collaboration is key, as they work closely with ProductDesigner (UX) partners in wireframe and design decision handoff, aswell as with software engineers on their team, focusing on smoothlyhanding off assets for development and facilitating UI reviews ofthe live code. This role offers the opportunity to upskill indesign leadership through team process initiatives, leadcommunication with stakeholders, and establish UI design practices.

Qualifications:
