Mast General Store is seeking a versatile, creative Graphic Designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about storytelling through thoughtful, engaging visuals that bring our brand to life! in this role, you’ll be responsible for producing a wide range of visual communications across print, digital, promotional, and product design that reflect the Mast General Store brand with creativity, consistency, and attention to detail. This position combines technical design abilities with strong illustration skills, and you’ll work closely with our two current in-house graphic designers.

Requirements:

Mast General Store is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Graphic Designer with a degree in graphic design (or equivalent experience) and a portfolio that demonstrates both technical design ability and creativity. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Express) is essential. Ideal candidates will bring experience in print and digital design, illustration, and basic web design. Success in this role requires strong visual storytelling, excellent typography and layout skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative spirit, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities are key. The ideal candidate will have a strong alignment with the Mast Store design aesthetic and the ability to effectively execute cross-channel marketing initiatives that are on-brand and on time. A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience) is required. This position involves producing engaging visual communications across print, digital, promotional, and product design, with a strong emphasis on custom illustration.
