Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and on-brand graphics and digital assets for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to transform concepts into visually appealing digital experiences that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design and produce digital assets such as web banners, social media graphics, email templates, display ads, landing pages, and UI elements. + Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to create cohesive visuals that elevate the brand. + Translate creative briefs into innovative digital solutions. + Ensure consistency in visual identity and design standards across all digital touchpoints. + Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging digital technologies. + Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and strategies. + Optimize designs for performance, user experience, and responsiveness.
Requirements Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. + 2+ years of experience in digital design or a related role. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or other design tools. + Experience with
HTML/CSS
is a plus. + Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work.
