From social media graphics to business development presentations, you’ll support branding and marketing efforts with compelling visuals that make an impact. Responsibilities:
Provides in-house graphic design, layout design, and production for print and digital collateral including but not limited to brochures, presentations, RFP responses, signage, posters, and social media graphics. Supports the development of visual assets for PowerPoint presentations and business development decks. Collaborates on creative solutions that support company-wide marketing initiatives and campaigns. Designs branded content and templates for social media, career fairs, events, and internal communication. Works cross-functionally with marketing and business development teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment. Assists in creating graphics for company website, email marketing, and occasional internal training or recruitment materials. Maintains organized media asset libraries and design file archives. Ensures final designs meet quality and branding standards before release. Participates in creative brainstorming, content planning, and campaign support as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Researches industry trends, competitor output and implements innovative approaches to client management / outreach with Marketing Manager. Serves as the company photographer for the corporate office, capturing imagery and video to be used in association with marketing/communication efforts and materials, as needed.
Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills Basic knowledge of Figma for UI or layout collaboration Understanding of fundamental marketing strategies, especially in B2B or construction Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (Adobe, Canva, online analytics, Google Adwords, SEO etc) Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
Preferred:
basic photo and/or video editing skills, basic website editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, Lightroom, WordPress)
Physical Demands:
The individual typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear. Generally, the job requires 70% sitting, 15% walking, and 15% standing. Frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle, or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. Please note that climbing stairs is a physical requirement. Some offices contain an elevator but one must be able to use stairs for fire drills and emergencies.
