Motion Graphic Designer (Animator/Motion Graphic Artist)

Job Overview:
AvidXchange is seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics & Animation Designer with expertise in Adobe After Effects, Google Web Designer, video editing, and HTML5 animation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in motion graphics, software mockup animations, 2.5D animation, video post-production, and interactive web animations. This role requires a creative professional with the ability to bring concepts to life using motion design, typography, HTML5 animations, and light 3D motion elements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1.
Motion Graphics & Animation:
Design and create high-quality 2D and 2.5D animations using Adobe After Effects.
Develop smooth transitions, kinetic typography, VFX, and engaging visual effects.
Utilize Cinema 4D for light motion graphics enhancements.
parallax effects, 2.5D camera movements, and dynamicpositions.
2. HTML5 &
Interactive Animation:
Develop HTML5-based animations using Google Web Designer for display ads, interactive ads, and web elements.
Experience with GSAP, Lottie, CSS animations, and SVG for a dynamic user experience.
Optimize animations for performance, ADApliance, mobilepatibility, and cross-browser functionality.

Video Editing & Post-Production:
Edit and enhance video content, social media ads, and promotional materials using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Add motion graphics, overlays, and light VFX to improve storytelling.
Work with audio elements to synchronize sound and visuals effectively.

Collaboration & Asset Management:
Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute creative projects.
Manage andanize animation assets and templates for efficiency.
Stay updated on animation trends, industry tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects (Expressions knowledge is a plus).
Google Web Designer expertise for HTML5 animations.
Strong video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of SVG animations, responsive design, and web animation techniques.
Understanding of video formats, codecs, and rendering for web & digital platforms.
Strong motion design, typography, and visual storytelling abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Excellentmunication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with interactive ad formats, rich media, and responsive animations.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Media, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, and HTML5 animation.
Experience in GSAP, Lottie, CSS animations, and JavaScript-based motion design.
Experience with LottieFiles, Rive, or WebGL animations.
Understanding of UI/UX principles in motion design.
Familiarity with Cinema 4D for motion graphics enhancements
