Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a monthly retainer. The designer will be responsible for producing approximately 15-20 graphics each month that support our church’s worship experiences, digital engagement, and weekly publication. This includes designs for sermon series, large LED screen displays, Social Media and our weekly publication, The Message From the Hill .

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually engaging graphics for sermon series and worship experiences Design high-resolution visuals for large LED screen displays used during worship services Produce layouts and content graphics for The Message From the Hill , our weekly church publication Create visually engaging graphics for Social Media that capture sermon quotes, community life and gospel-centered messages Create branding content as needed Collaborate with the Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Church Administrator to interpret vision and themes Maintain brand consistency while exploring modern, fresh, and culturally relevant design concepts Manage time effectively to deliver assets according to pre-set deadlines

Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required, ideally with church/ministry examples) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools Strong command of typography, color theory, layout, and texture Ability to create designs that are modern, culturally aware, and ministry-appropriate Experience designing for large-format displays (LED walls, projectors, etc.) is a plus Familiarity with church culture and Christian communication is preferred Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
