This includes filling out data related items in designs including, but not limited to, UPC barcades, SKU numbers, legal lines, etc. The job would also address any required changes production gets from manufacturing and printing partners. Some examples of this include converting colors to Pantone, adjusting book files according to manufacturing feeds, transferring designs to updated templates and more. Facilitating correspondence between contractors and receiving finished design files from them and getting them to the production team. Responsibilities and Duties Create art files and assets that will be used in an array of products and media Manufacturing files to the specifications needed for print and manufacturing Have an understanding of Limited Run Games products and philosophies Print layouts for various objects; such as cover sheets, manuals, box art, components, trading cards and posters Interacts with developers and partners to ensure needs are being met Edit and make adjustments as needed Collaborate with team members – including working inside files handed off from other designers Qualifications and Requirements Knowledge in the Adobe suite. Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign a must Knowledge of print and manufacturing needs including an understanding of
RGB/CMYK
color profiles, DPI/print resolution needs, working in templates, an understanding of bleed, etc Attention to detail and craftsmanship. Able to spot errors in design, templates, spelling and grammar Works between both the design team and production team. Able to address feedback from both teams while adhering to timelines and quality Entry position. 2-4 years of professional or academic experience with applicable portfolio. Degree in Graphic Design preferred but unnecessary in portfolio meets expectations Job requires working with 3rd party submission portals and data entry Excellent and professional communication skills for email correspondence Classification of Employment Non-Exempt
