Responsibilities:
Creates, animates, and produces high-impact, broadcast-quality motion graphics, video, and digital creative for all multimedia shows Contributes to the monthly end-to-end production of 6+ multimedia shows, including pre-planning, documentation, content creation, testing, and production deployment Coordinates with various departments and vendor partners in planning and facilitating multi-media show production, documentation, and testing Works seamlessly with the graphics team and agency partners to ensure continuity of message and content Constantly performs research to ensure deployment of best practices and current trends in multimedia design & programming.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, graphic design, and video production for marketing, advertising, or related fields. Excellent “After Effects” motion graphics/animation experience is required. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent skill with both Mac and PC platforms. Strong skill and experience using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and Media Encoder) Strong knowledge and application of graphic design principles. Strong skills in the design of digital multi-media assets, including motion graphics and video. Strong project management skills and multi-project/multi-deadline management. Strong experience in planning and managing production timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Strong organization skills for multi-media show documentation and tracking. Strong experience in producing digital multimedia content across various channels. Proven ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and meet deadlines. Good combination of creativity and attention to detail. Experience producing media projects with various budgets under tight deadlines. Ability to effectively communicate with various personnel, including senior management, advertising agencies, and vendors. Knowledge and experience in web graphics design, sizing, and formatting. Knowledge in the use of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Graduation from an accredited 4-year college or university with a degree or specialization in Graphic Design, Animation, Video Production, or related field is preferred.
