Graphic Design Manager 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Laconia, NH 03246 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Graphic Design Manager to lead our artwork room. This is an in-office role for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for high-quality design.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize multiple design projects under tight deadlines Create accurate production-ready proofs for customer review Process incoming and outgoing artwork from emails Update and maintain product templates Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design consistency Help establish and enforce artwork policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous management or team leadership experience Strong proficiency in vector-based software Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Experience with CorelDraw is a plus Familiarity with the Pantone Matching System is a plus Strong typographic and layout design skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Exceptional attention to detail, spelling, and proofreading Flexible and willing to assist where needed
