ICONA Graphic Designer Icona Management Llc 9600 Atlantic Avenue, Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260 Job Description The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing team to design website graphics, email campaigns, sales collateral, advertising materials, social media assets and signage. This role requires both creative excellence and the ability to execute consistent branding across multiple platforms. The candidate will work closely with marketing leadership to brainstorm and conceptualize campaign ideas, promotions, and seasonal initiatives. Design high-impact website visuals, banners, landing pages, and other web assets in collaboration with the web development team Create visually engaging email headers, templates, and campaign assets optimized for mobile and desktop applications Design daily/weekly content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, i.e. static posts, reels, stories, and cover images Ensure that all design work reflects the ICONA brand standards, tone, and luxury aesthetics Produce brochures, flyers, rack cards, sales sheets, trade show displays, and printed marketing materials Design print ads, digital ads, PPC banners, and campaign graphics for both local and national placement Develop in-property signage, event programs, menus, posters, and digital displays for properties, restaurants, and current & future projects Prepares print orders and assembly instructions on notification of final approval Maintains records of billable project time as required Performs other related duties as assigned Technical Skills Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Expert Level Required) Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Lightroom Acrobat Pro Canva (Advanced) Competency Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Expert), Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Acrobat Pro, and Canva (Advanced) Organized with attention to detail. Ability to work independently on an assignment. Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team. Guest Focus Supervisory Responsibility There is no supervisory responsibility required for this position. Work Environment Indoor and outdoor dining venues and commercial kitchen environment. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The team member may be exposed to hazards including cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required. This role requires forty plus hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel Some travel is expected for this position.
