What We Need:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the conceptualization and execution of visually compelling designs across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong design aesthetic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring brand stories to life, elevate visual communications, and ensure consistency across all creative assets.
What You’ll Do:
Lead visual storytelling across campaigns, social, digital, and print
- owning projects from concept to execution.
Bring ideas to life through bold, scroll-stopping visuals for digital campaigns, social content, packaging, decks, and more. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, programming, sales, and content teams to bring campaigns to life. Present creative concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Maintain and evolve our brand identity, ensuring every visual is polished, consistent, and on-brand. Manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision, prioritizing what matters and delivering without compromising quality. Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital, ensuring flawless execution every time.
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house creative team. A portfolio that wows and showcases a range of digital, print, and campaign work that demonstrates both creativity and strategic thinking. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and XD (Figma knowledge is a bonus). A sharp eye for detail and deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing across channels including web, mobile, social media, print, and packaging. Strong communication skills, you can clearly articulate design ideas and take feedback with ease. Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball. Familiarity with brand systems and the ability to scale and evolve visual guidelines across a variety of platforms. Bonus points for motion design, basic video editing, or familiarity with front-end design tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, HTML/CSS).

Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $64,350
