Naik Consulting Group, P.C., is seeking a Graphic Designer join our growing team in the A&E industry. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about visual storytelling. You’ll play a key part in shaping our brand identity, developing eye-catching marketing collateral, and designing compelling proposal graphics that win work.

The qualified individual must:

Be a take-charge kind of individual who knows their way around Adobe, Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite. Have the ability to problem solve. Have to be organized. Have great communication skills.

About the position:

The Graphic Designer plays a vital role in supporting the branding, marketing, and proposal efforts for a fast-paced consulting engineering firm. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to create polished, visually compelling materials—from infographics and proposals to social media and presentations. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing, proposal, and technical teams to produce high-impact graphics for pursuits, presentations, and reports. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all materials. Design proposal layouts, infographics, covers, resumes, org charts, and other marketing deliverables. Conceptualize visuals for social media, web site, and college fairs. Translate complex technical information into clear, compelling visuals. Assist with creative brainstorming, marketing proposal development. Support marketing and technical teams with customized graphic materials. Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Architecture, or a related field. 3-5 years of professional experience; A&E, construction, or professional services industry experience preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with MS Office and PowerPoint. Strong eye for design, layout, typography, and brand storytelling. Ability to interpret and visually communicate A&E technical concepts. A can-do attitude and willingness to dive into tasks big and small. Basic knowledge of photography, video editing, or motion graphics is not required but desired. This position can be in either our NYC or NJ office. Naik is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
