MenuSifu is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Underwriting Assistant to join our team. As an Underwriting Assistant, you will support the Underwriter and act as the owner and principal facilitator of assigned accounts. The Underwriting Assistant will perform front-to-end activities throughout the life-cycle of prospect and renewal accounts from submission to closing with Underwriting oversight.

Responsibilities:

Create visually compelling designs across a range of marketing materials, including but not limited to: ◦ Print collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, invitations) ◦ Digital assets (social media graphics and templates, website banners, email campaigns) ◦ Product presentations and sales decks ◦ Trade show and event visuals ◦ Company swag and merchandise (t-shirts, stickers, bags, etc.) Develop and enhance brand identity through consistent and strategic visual storytelling Ensure all creative work adheres to established brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines Organize and maintain the digital asset library for easy access and version control Use industry-standard tools (

Adobe Creative Suite:

Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Figma to produce professional-level deliverables Accept and provide constructive feedback to refine design concepts and outputs Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visual content fresh and innovative

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced setting Strong and versatile online portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a solid understanding of print production and file setup Ability to manage timelines and multitask without compromising quality High attention to detail and a proactive approach to design problem-solving Experience preparing files for print and optimizing graphics for digital platforms Strong organizational and communication skills Video editing skills are a strong plus
