About the Designer roleThe Designer plays a key role in the creative process, contributing high-quality design work across brand and digital projects. You’ll collaborate closely with senior creatives while mentoring Junior Designers and continually developing your craft. What you’ll do:

Partner with senior team members to conceptualize, design, and extend brand and digital experiencesBuild and contribute to comprehensive, functional design systemsParticipate in internal and client work sessionsBuild and contribute to comprehensive, functional design systemsStay curious and continuously sharpen your skillsProvide guidance and feedback to Junior DesignersKeep up with emerging design trends, tools, and best practicesWhat you bring:3+ years of experience at a creative or design agencyA strong portfolio that reflects thoughtful design choicesAn understanding of responsive and mobile designProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects)Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive designA relevant undergraduate degreeThis role is a fit if you:

Location:

Our NYC-based team members work in our Chelsea studio 2-3 days per week. Our ideal candidate is in the NYC area and comfortable working in person for part of the week. We’re open to remote candidates willing to work Eastern time hours.

Compensation & Benefits:
