• $45 /hr Posted June 16, 2025 Our client, a healthcare communications agency, is looking for a freelance Production Designer to assist their team! This is a 40 hour per week hybrid onsite / remote role, and will be 3 days onsite at their Rockland County New York office (Tuesday
• Thursday) and 2 days remote. This is commutable by bus from NYC
• Port Authority probably about 40 minutes to 1 hour or by car 35 minutes from NYC.

The Production Designer will:

• work with the creative team to handle both print and digital production work, including resizing + reformatting assets for various verticals, working within InDesign to format + lay out brochures and printed collateral, and handling other ad-hoc production tasks as
• needed
• work quickly, and take direction well to ensure deadlines are met and timelines are upheld The Production Designer has:
• ideally 4+ years of experience in production design, across both digital and print assets (preferably from an agency background, working on healthcare clients)
• ability to be onsite at their office 3 days per week, and work up to 40 hours weekly in total
• their own computer, with applicable programs (Photoshop, InDesign)
• a portfolio of work to share with the client In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
