Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to produce desired effects and conform with reproduction requirements
Selects type, lays out material, electronically, or performs related duties.
Proficient:
Written and Communications skills, pre-press skills, presentation skills. Must be able to work under daily deadline pressure while demonstrating strong design skills
Must have ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
