Salary Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and executing designs for various digital and print projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both online media and traditional print production, with keen eye for detail, creativity, and a solid understanding of design principles. This position will require working closely with diverse teams to create innovative assets that drive marketing campaigns, branding efforts, and product promotion.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop original digital and print materials, including but limited to websites, email templates, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, posters, flyers and product packaging. Ensure all designs adhere to RC Enterprise’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms. Work closely with our Digital Media Coordinator to understand project goals. Design assets for digital platforms including web, social media and email campaigns. Prepare files for print, ensuring color accuracy and print quality, and timely delivery to vendors Stay up-to-date with latest design trends, tools and technologies to ensure designs are modern, innovative and effective. Manage multiple design projects, incorporating input from the Digital Media Coordinator and various team members. Prioritize and manage design projects to meet deadlines and maintain high standard of quality across all media. Education and Experience:
At least three years of related work experience highly preferred Bachelors degree; major or coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines highly preferred Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Animate) and other design tools (Sketch, Figma, CorelDRAW, Canva, Procreate) Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and structuring elements to direct user attention. Experience with web design and user interface (UI) principles. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of print production processes, including prepress, file preparation, and printing techniques. Familiarity with web development basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus

Ability the think creatively to solve design challenges and meet project goals. A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in design, layout and final production. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate design concepts and work collaboratively with team members. Proficient in digital design tools and software with the ability to stay current with new technologies and industry trends. Knowledge of prepress processes, color separation, and print-ready file creation. Ability to design with the target audience in mind, ensuring designs are both visually appealing and effective in communication the intended message. Ability to work independently on assignments Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
