Marketing Full Job Description Job Summary:

Great Southern Homes is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and a proven ability to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials. This role will be responsible for designing a variety of materials to support our sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the overall brand image and success of Great Southern Homes.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

N/A Duties/ Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements (print and digital), social media graphics, email templates, website banners, and other collateral. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project needs and ensure designs align with marketing strategies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts. Maintain an organized digital asset library. Stay current with design trends and best practices. Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the Great Southern Homes brand guidelines. Assist with photography and videography (if applicable and skillset allows). Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic design skills. Experience developing successful campaigns in both print and digital. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must. Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere and After Effects is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field. 1-3 years of experience as Graphic Designer.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working on computer. Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
