We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Nashville, TN office for apparel and production work in screen printing, embroidery, and other branded merchandise. This individual will be responsible for key projects that will include creating proofs for customers, as well as sending artwork to our screen room or to other vendors for production. Also, being responsible for creating original graphics and designs, manipulating current artwork to meet the needs of each customer, and for creating separations for the screen-printing process. Essential Job Functions:

Direct communication with team and clients, discussing and identifying needs for an effective brand design that is tailored to their brand identity. Research client markets to understand and develop branding directed toward their desired demographics. Creates product mock-ups for apparel, accessories, souvenirs, and packaging utilizing brand style guides Manages print on demand mechanical design and production workflow Manages organization and file structure of creative assets on Google drive Sets up artwork within print guidelines using vendor templates Proofs mock-ups, decks, program books, and any other print collateral prior to distribution Create separations in Illustrator and/or Photoshop for screening Identify and create dynamic and effective design elements to boost a business’s reach and success. Design a complete brand portfolio for a client, including web design, print collateral, email marketing, advertisements, and detailed brand identity guide. Communicate with outsource partners to complete print and development processes. Work with developers to satisfy additional graphic needs and ensure that the final product is consistent with the structure, quality, and aesthetic of the original approved design. Requirements:

1+ years of formal education in graphic and branding design Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Intermediate experience with InDesign Understanding of web design, information architecture, and user experience infrastructure Possessing Hand-Illustrative capabilities Must be able to take direction from others Ability to advise others Ability to work on multitude of projects at once.
