This role will shape the Titans look and feel across all platforms, from social media and digital to print and out-of-home campaigns. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a sharp eye, strong conceptual skills, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries in the sports industry. Whether it’s designing a fan-favorite social post, crafting a sleek sponsorship deck, or developing campaign visuals from scratch, you’ll be expected to take ownership from concept to execution—delivering work that inspires, informs, and excites.
Responsibilities:
Design for both print and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all projects Conceptualize and execute creative assets for marketing, ticketing, community events, and all other internal departments Create visual content for the Titans website, app, social media, and out-of-home advertising Develop collateral, including ads, brochures, sales materials, and promotional items Collaborate closely with members within the creative department including project management, other designers, social, photo, original content, and broadcast to elevate and unify campaign execution Maintain uniformity in usage of team marks and branding Support creative brainstorming and contribute to team-wide design strategy Perform other duties as assigned by the
Design Director Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field 3+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects a plus Experience with both print and digital design, including layout and typography Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and high-quality execution Comfortable working on Mac OS Able to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Knowledge of NFL branding standards is a plus Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication and time management skills
