Under the direction of a Design Manager, the Print Designer will work on projects that create and prepress engaging and informative print and marketing materials while cleverly solving problems for our clients. We have a full time design department with a multi-disciplinary team of designers ready to collaborate. We are looking for a highly proactive individual that is ready to stretch their abilities and help grow our team. Requirements A minimum of three (3) years print design and pre-press experience in a large format/sign environment Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite Strong graphic communication principles, typography, and information hierarchy understanding Positive attitude that promotes a great work environment Demonstrate and employ an understanding of measuring and accurate template creation for physical structures (walls, building elevations, vehicles, etc.) A self-starter Ability to learn and be taught new processes Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others Easily discuss ideas, issues, and potential solutions with clients and co-workers Punctual, dependable, and ability to work overtime as needed Strong attention to detail and organization with effective prioritization of multiple concurrent projects Adaptable to team’s needs and willingness to help with the department’s overall workload Responsibilities Create visually compelling designs for large format print projects using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and print standards. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality layouts. Manage prepress processes, including file preparation and color management, to ensure optimal print quality. Stay updated with design trends and technologies to enhance visual communication strategies. Present design concepts effectively, incorporating feedback to refine final outputs. Meet fast paced deadlines while juggling multiple jobs. Work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines. Additional experience that would be great: A degree in graphic design Sketching/rendering skills Architectural and/or 3D design skills Share your passions with us!
