The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both digital and print design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience. Responsibilities Develop and design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Create layouts for print advertising materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency in branding across all platforms. Utilize content management systems to upload and manage graphic content. Incorporate typography effectively into designs to enhance readability and visual appeal. Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects, to produce high-quality graphics and animations. Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continually improve design quality. Qualifications Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required. Experience with layout design and digital design principles. Familiarity with content management systems for web publishing. Knowledge of print advertising standards and practices. Strong understanding of typography and its application in various design contexts. Experience with CorelDraw is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to team members. A portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates creativity and technical skills is essential.
