Graphic Designer – Mid-level
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing & Advancement supports Bryan College’s strategic initiatives by creating high-impact visual designs, assisting with digital marketing campaigns, and contributing to fundraising and ads efforts. This mid-level position focuses on executing campaigns across digital platforms, maintaining branding consistency across campus and athletics, designing college publications and promotional materials, and supporting fundraising activities through CRM tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, solid marketing knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to project work.
Reports to: Director of Marketing and Communications
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience Required
3-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, or digital communications.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Blackbaud, Salesforce) and marketing email platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media content creation, and campaign coordination.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, Advancement, Ads, Athletics and other departments on creative projects.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and project planning meetings.
Attend training sessions and pursue professional development opportunities to maintain industry best practices in design and digital marketing.
Duties
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing and social media campaigns that promote Bryan College programs, events, and initiatives.
Create visual assets for multi-channel campaigns, including social media graphics, web banners, digital ads, and email marketing templates.
Support fundraising campaigns through CRM platforms, contributing to the development of peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives, email communications, and event promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are brand-aligned and meet engagement and fundraising goals.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and monitor campaign performance metrics across digital platforms.
Assist in preparing summary reports on campaign outcomes and analytics for review by the Director of Marketing and Communications and upper-level leadership.
Provide insights on creative performance and recommend improvements to future initiatives.
Branding & Asset Management
Help maintain and update Bryan College’s brand standards for campus-wide communications and athletics marketing.
Assist with the creation and organization of branding assets, including logos, templates, and style guides.
Support the implementation of updated branding across departments, ensuring consistency in digital and printed materials.
Publications, Ads, and Display Design
Design and produce institutional publications such as brochures, flyers, viewbooks, and annual reports.
Create promotional materials and event signage for the Ads Office, including displays and recruitment collateral.
Coordinate with Ads and Advancement teams to deliver materials aligned with campaign goals and audience needs.
Fundraising and CRM Support
Design and distribute fundraising emails, event communications, and peer-to-peer marketing materials through CRM systems.
Assist in maintaining donor and fundraising records within the CRM platform as needed for marketing purposes.
Collaborate with Advancement staff to design materials supporting giving campaigns and alumni engagement.
Website, Email, and Ticketing System Support
Assist with website content updates, particularly for campaign-specific pages, Ads materials, and event promotions.
Design and build branded pages and emails using approved templates, ensuring ADA compliance and mobile responsiveness.
Respond to marketing and creative requests through the internal ticketing system, managing deadlines and priorities.
