The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our media team. This position plays a key role in supporting the visual communication of our brand across YouTube, social media, marketing, events, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of visual design principles, and the ability to work well within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Design eye-catching graphics for YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, presentations, email campaigns, and event materials Collaborate closely with video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding Create and update templates for presentations, social media, and print materials Support the development of visual assets for live events and conferences Manage multiple design projects and deadlines with a strong attention to detail Stay up to date with design trends, especially those relevant to digital and social platforms Contribute ideas and creative input to enhance visual content

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of professional graphic design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Strong portfolio showcasing digital and social media design work Experience designing YouTube content (e.g., thumbnails, channel art) is a plus Familiarity with branding, typography, color theory, and layout design Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality Great communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively A proactive, “get it done” attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Passion for helping small business owners and being part of a mission-driven company

Bonus:

Basic knowledge of video editing tools or motion graphics & experience with Davinci Resolve is a plus Preferred experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) Benefits (the good stuff!)
