Position Summary:

The Graphic Designer exemplifies Fourteen Foods’ mission and values and dedication to integrity through servant leadership. The Design position balances innovation and branding to create compelling marketing, advertising, and general communication deliverables. Providing creative support to both the Fourteen Foods brand and our 240+ DQ branded locations, the position requires a keen eye for graphic style, structure, and overall brand guidelines. This position is in-office, reporting to our Franklin, Tennessee headquarters.

Essential Functions:

Create print collateral and store displays (e.g. POP, exterior store signage, etc.) Create recruitment tradeshow banners, exhibit materials, and supporting assets Create digital assets for display advertising, social media efforts, and other web-based needs Manage creative marketing assets and digital library Collaborate with team members and stakeholders through all phases of the design process

Qualifications:

3+ of experience in print and/or digital design Bachelor’s degree preferred Must successfully pass a background check
