Job Description:

Our client, a boutique financial services firm, is seeking a full-time Designer to join their in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels at transforming data-heavy content into visually compelling and elegant designs. The designer will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to produce a wide range of materials that reflect the firm’s refined aesthetic and strategic goals. The ideal fit for the role will have an analytical brain and enjoy taking data and turning it into digestible visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sophisticated Visual Design:

Create high-end, polished designs that align with the expectations of a luxury financial brand.

Marketing Collateral:

Develop PowerPoint presentations, infographics, brochures, event signage, and other branded materials. An interest and/or experience in Data Visualization is excellent for this role.

Email Campaigns:

Design and deploy email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance optimization. (no previous email marketing / deployment experience required, you will be taught this!)

Web Content Management:

When required, you’ll be asked to manage, replace, or design graphics for their CMS. No coding experience required. (you will be taught this!)

Event Support:

Design and produce creative assets for corporate events, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

4+ years of design experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment. Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work, with an emphasis on data visualization and infographics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint. Nice to have’s include experience within Figma and CMS tools like Squarespace. Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team.
