Job Description:

Our client, a boutique financial services firm, is seeking a full-time Designer to join their in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels at transforming data-heavy content into visually compelling and elegant designs. The designer will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to produce a wide range of materials that reflect the firm’s refined aesthetic and strategic goals. The ideal fit for the role will have an analytical brain and enjoy taking data and turning it into digestible visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sophisticated Visual Design:

Create high-end, polished designs that align with the expectations of a luxury financial brand.

Marketing Collateral:

Develop PowerPoint presentations, infographics, brochures, event signage, and other branded materials. An interest and/or experience in Data Visualization is excellent for this role.

Email Campaigns:

Design and deploy email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance optimization. (no previous email marketing / deployment experience required, you will be taught this!)

Web Content Management:

When required, you’ll be asked to manage, replace, or design graphics for their CMS. No coding experience required. (you will be taught this!)

Event Support:

Design and produce creative assets for corporate events, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

4+ years of design experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work, with an emphasis on data visualization and infographics.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint. Nice to have’s include experience within Figma and CMS tools like Squarespace.
Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for a designer who values both creativity and precision, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Benefits Benefits for new hires begin on day 91 of employment. They will be entitled to 14 days of paid vacation and 5 days of paid PTO. This role is on-site, 5 days a week in our Aventura, FL office.
