What You’ll Do Lead and execute high-end design work for luxury brands across digital, print, and experiential media Develop sophisticated visual identities, packaging, marketing assets, and presentation design Translate brand strategy into stunning visual concepts that evoke emotion and drive action Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and brand strategists to bring big ideas to life Own design execution from concept through delivery—ensuring everything looks premium, intentional, and on-brand Present creative to clients with confidence, clarity, and polish What We’re Looking For 5+ years of professional design experience , ideally in luxury, fashion, hospitality, or premium consumer goods A portfolio that oozes style, intentionality, and restraint —with an emphasis on typography, layout, and high-end aesthetic sensibility Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Comfort designing across digital (web, social, email), print (collateral, packaging), and brand identity A deep understanding of luxury brand behavior, minimalism, and design that sells without shouting Strong communication skills and the ability to explain and defend creative decisions A high level of self-direction, ownership, and pride in your craft Bonus Points If You Have Experience with luxury spirits, fashion, hospitality, or personal branding Motion design, art direction, or editorial layout background Knowledge of printing techniques, packaging specs, and tactile design Familiarity with Figma, Keynote, or luxury eCommerce design Why Join Us?
