We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while ensuring high standards of quality and adherence to design specifications. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and risks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
Facilitate problem-solving sessions and resolve conflicts among team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry leading industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Experience with design-build projects a is a plus.
Experience managing manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, or corporate interiors projects is preferred.
