Job Description:

Robert Abbey is seeking a talented Junior or Associate level designer to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our Chief Creative Officer to develop compelling designs, manage projects, and work directly with vendors.

Responsibilities:

Develop lighting concepts through the full process of concept, line drawings, 3D models, and working with the factories for sampling and production.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino3D, and Adobe Suite is required. Knowledge of KeyShot or Flamingo NXT is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive with a keen eye for details and think quickly to solve problems. The work location is in person with office hours: M-F, 8:00 am – 5 pm.
