We’re seeking a Digital Designer to drive creative output across a range of innovative projects – with a strong pedigree in visual design, demonstrated expertise in creating digital design systems, and a solid approach to delivering consistent, development-ready work. As a Digital Designer, you are a talented and driven designer who partners with creative brand teams, content strategists and developers to make gorgeous, ground-breaking work that solves problems and gets results. We need you to collaborate across disciplines on a daily basis, all while maintaining high standards for original concepts and detailed execution. Essential Duties & Responsibilities as Digital Designer Assist in the design and production of large-scale projects including websites, banners, emails, content, and more Create high-fidelity mood boards, concepts, visual design comps, prototypes, pattern libraries and digital style guides Designs meticulous, beautiful layouts and creative concepts that take into account client brand guidelines and specifications (websites, mobile applications, email, etc.) Help bridge business objectives with target users goals, desires and preferences to drive actions Present design decisions to the internal and client teams and iterate and implement feedback Assist in asset gathering, and organizing as well as production prep Participate in user research and preparation of client presentation materials Juggle multiple projects simultaneously Prototype complex interactions with high standards of usability in mind Requirements 2+ years of digital design experience, preferably some in an agency environment Bachelor’s degree Strong conceptual thinking. We want people who can start a project off from an incredibly strong position and come up with surprising, smart concepts that are going to get results Adobe Creative Suite and Figma should be core elements of your toolbox. Confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly Familiarity with various prototyping tools and emerging technologies Experience designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms and screen sizes A user centric design approach, as evidenced by considerations for accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling A passion for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery A great attitude and a lack of ego This job description serves as an overall summary of responsibilities for the position outlined.
